Bullet and Twist Rate - Again...

I know this has been beat to death, but looking at:

It does not recommend 1:7, but rather 1:8 for heavier stuff.

Recommends 1:7 or 1:8

The military uses 1:7 in their 18" SPR with 77gr but it is a hotter load than .223 75-77gr...

Anyway, what are your guy's experience with 1:8 vs 1:7 in regards to 75-77gr.

Barrel/chamber quality are far more important for accuracy.
