    Hand Depriming Tools

Between the Lee Hand Press/Deprimer, the Harvey Hand Deprimer, and the Frankford Arsenal Hand Deprimer, which is the best/most versatile? The Lee can both Deprime or Prime while the others only deprime, correct?

I use the Frankford Arsenal Hand Deprimer . For pistol cases
The Lee priming tool for both rifle and pistol .
Lee Hand Press/Deprimer is heavy and awkward OK AT RANGE FOR
BUILDING TEST LOADS but mainly for home . I took mine to Mexico .
I have a load master and deprime on one station and size on another .
This semi balances the tool head .
I have other brands of depriming and priming tools , the Lee just
seems to work / fit my hand better . When depriming and priming
    wear latex gloves .
BTW - Frankford Arsenal Hand Deprimer - Frankford Arsenal does not
sell parts - you either buy new or broken / missing parts on ebay .

I use the Harvey, had it for 3-4 years or so. It works great with a little tweaking.
I found that RCBS cartridge guides for the flash hole cutter fit the Harvey perfectly, the shafts are exactly the same diameter. What that does is when you slide a case onto the guide, it makes it much quicker and easier to index the flash hole on the pin that pushes the primer out of the case. I kick it in front of the TV and go to town. Here's some pics:

        Plus this

        Makes this

I also sand the guide a little so the case slips on easier, the re-blue.
When I first started using it I pinched my hand a couple times lightly, operator learning curve. I really like it a lot.

Midway has them listed as RCBS Flash Hole Deburring Tool Case Stop Pilot.
Midsouth list it as a Flash Hole Pilot Stop.

I have the Harvey Deprimer. I can't compare to other hand deprimers, but it beats doing it on my single stage press.

I slide an o-ring on the handle. It keeps the unit from pinching my hand. The closer the o-ring is to the hinge, the shorter the deprimer travels. I keep it about an inch from the hinge.
