I was pissed a number of years back during the last "primer shortage" scare, and prices went up to $13-$15 per 1000. $35? $60? That's just ridiculous; I'll wait until the panic buying subsides, demand plunges, and prices fall to normal levels again.

I doubt prices will fall below $20 per 1000 ever again.

I hope he's wrong too, but I'm not holding my breath on that.

On the other hand, prices falling back to Summer of 2008 prices doesn't seem unreasonable once the panic buying is over and supply catches back up.
