Is .38 special +P the same as .38 super +P?

I've been looking around and I can't find load data or recommended powder for .38 special +P. Any suggestions?

I've decided on using Hodgdon HR-38 powder for some regular .38 special loads and .45 ACP loads. Can this be used with .38special +P also?
