No data for the 130 grain bullet and IMR3031.

    122-125 grain bullet, IMR3031 25.0/2144 to 27.0/2257 37,100 CUP
    150 grain bullet, IMR3031 24.0/1871 to 26.0/2101 38,800 CUP

The above data is from "Metallic Cartridge Reloading" 3rd edition by M.L. McPherson.

Insert usual weasel words about typos and being alert, God knows we need more lerts.

      Found some

This is Hornady data for 7.62x39 using a .308 SP, but the starting load should be just about the same for a .310 bullet as well.

      IMR3031 23.5gr/1900fps to 26.9gr/2100fps

No pressure data, but it's published loads from a large manufacturer so you can bet it's somewhat conservative. They don't like getting sued when customers explode using their data.

Do you remember the little ammo place ,i think it was just passed the cold springs tavern.I used to stop in there on the way to shoot at the kentucky range on angeles crest hwy. That range was like being in a war zone, round's going of everywhere.
