I am curious to know if CBC 7.62 NATO from 1976 is corrosive and what kind of primer these cartridges use. If anyone has any info on this stuff please let me know. I have searched the internet and have found no info about these properties related to this ammo. I do know that the ammo dated from1975 had a lot of high pressure problems and was recalled, but the 1976 I was told was OK to shoot and had no problems. It is still in the brown boxes of 20rnds each and each box is poly bagged. The one bag that I opened, revealed ammo that looks shinny and new.
