I've recently had a mini-run of bad luck with various RCBS reloading tools breaking during normal use. These are tools that have been in use for decades, and came to me used from swap meets, garage sales, etc. I called RCBS and asked to BUY replacement parts but they INSISTED on sending me free replacement bits, even thought I told them I was not the original purchaser. Even had some nice incidental chit-chat about life in general with the fellow.
I imagine Dillon is the same way, but do not have 1st had experience. LEE used to be just as good, but they've changed their process a bit.
FWIW, I was at the last Reno show with a friend when he bought a used Dillon Square Deal for a good price. He called Dillon to ask about a check/refurb and they quoted him something like $90 to do the overhaul. Not free, but seems like a fair deal in any case on a used press that he didn't buy from Dillon.
