SKS Brass Catcher or Deflector

I decided to start reloading for my SKS due to the current ammo price. However, my SKS throws the brass which ever way it feels like. This renders my brass catcher net on the side of the rifle useless. Any one tried the Tapco brass deflector or the E&L brass catcher? How do they work out? Thank you!
