Light plinking loads for a 450 bushmaster

I'am looking for light plinking loads for my new 450 bushmaster!
All the forurms I cover are great for 240 gr and up. I'am looking for safe loads
in the 185gr - 230gr FMJ or hollow point, H110, and AA1680 look like
the right powders to start with. Please help if you can. I want lighter bullets so i can use them in my 1911. Thank You!

try writing into hodgen as I see they have no data online for this caliber.

I dunno, I've never been much for guns. I mean, sure, we have the usual gun by the door, another near the TV, one in the kitchen, and another in the bedroom...and several others laying around. For the most part though, we keep our home free of guns. We are peace loving folks.

While shooting heavy bullets at less than 1700 fps -- I noticed wipe marks from the ejector or extractor on the base of the case. This would indicate that the action is trying to open with high chamber pressure. Maybe this would happen with light bullets going to slow also. Any opinions out there?
