Need help FN 9mm ID

Hi guys. I need help with this.My friend in Montana has some ammo made by FN in a 25 round box. It has a white label that says Para Pistola Parabellum 9mm.The side of the box says Polvora sin Humo, Bala Blindada.The other side says Fn Herstal Etc Etc.The bullets have a silver tip.If you know what its worth that would be a big help too.
