Title says it. I'm reading CA's new ammo laws and I can't make sense of it. If an individual outside of CA posts an add on CG for ammo to ship to an individual buyer in CA, what does the buyer have to do? What has to happen if the seller is selling more than 500 rounds? Have thousands of rounds of CCI mini mag I'd like to sell.

No ammo cannot be shipped to individual in Ca, Must go to vendor. -

Right, so I can ship from out of state as an individual to an vendor in CA for an individual to pick up, but I am stuck to doing 500 rounds per month max unless I have a CA license? That's how I'm reading it at least but just checking to make sure it's really this restrictive.
