    wrong bullet for 30 30?

I wanted to reload for my 30 30 Marlin and ordered these (see photo) instead of the proper "flat top" bullet. Do you think the tip is rounded enough so as not to cause a "problem" in the feeding tube or should I cut my losses and just order the flat tops? I supposed I could just sand the tip down a little bit too.

    Thanks guys

Those will work. They are rounded enough, and are lead tipped.

They look like Remingtons. They are fine for tubular magazines.

The last time I saw someone shooting reloads with similar bullets from a Marline 30-30 the bullets were just bouncing-off the cardboard target at 50 yards.

Blame the Reloader not the bullet.

I have some AR500 targets that do that.
