I know there has been threads on this but here another one 
I have been shooting for years and recently go into reloading about 5 years ago. I started with the beam scale that worked fine then worked my way to the Chargemaster 1500 scale. In the last year I have seen the A&D and Prometheus scales being used and wondered how much better would a scale that could be, one that can read down to 1 kernel and how much would it would really matter.
So long story short I went ahead and purchased a FX120i combo kit. I am not shooting F-Class and am not doing everything on Brass prep but would like to take the powder through out of the possible variables.
When using the Chargemaster , it would take the scale some time to settle down to give final weight and if it threw short it would take a few kernels to show the charge weight change. This is understandable since the scale does not read down to 0.02grain. I know I cannot shoot the difference in 1 kernel of powder, but knowing that this variable is out of the equations
Setting up the Fx120i combo kit was pretty basic, just read the instructions they give and take your time. I have never used a Lee powder thrower before so was not aware you had to turn the cup for it to open up to dispense. ☺ That took a couple of minutes and then figured I would read the manual on the Lee. After calibration and zeroing the unit with the powder cup on the scale it was off to the races. I am really surprised on how quick it will throw the charges and how accurate this baby is. 1 Kernel of H4350 is .02 grains so if it threw 41.98 out of 42, I would just add 1 kernel and dispense into the brass. It would hit +- .02 grains if not right on the 42 grain 90% of the time. This is with my first day of use; I loaded up 200 rounds of 6.5 on this run.

So long story short after one session of reloading, note the brass is on its 8th reload without annealing it, I am sold on this unit. I definitely know that I can take this variable out of the equation and know when I shoot bad it is not because my powder throws are off, I need to look at the nut behind the bolt.
Here are some numbers from the loads, which to me are the most consistent I have had before. I am sure some can get this with their beam scale and or Chargemaster, but the fx120i is just so smooth I just like to sit back and watch it work. ☺
