lee classic loader and a scale to start?

I made a thread awhile ago and people said that paying for all the equipment right now wouldn't be worth it. Would this be a good place to start reloading my .270 brass?

I know it neck sizes only, and this is fine as long as I use them in the same rifle, but will I still be able to to full resizing later on if I get a press and everything?

Will the quality of the ammo suffer at all when using this method?

I use a Lee single stage, Powder measure and I'm good to go. I check the powder every 50 rds or so to make sure I'm still on spec.

Tedious- yes.
Beneficial- depends on your intent. I measure the powder that goes into each cartridge. Then again, i'm not "blasting away" at the range either. I tend to only shoot about 30-40 rds a session.

i guess it comes down to how much time you have on your hands.
