I got a complete upgrade kit on Ebay from a guy up in Alaska I think. Got 1 and put it on my XL650. It is so good that I ordered another kit for my other 650!! If you cant find it let me know and I'll look it up.

Grease the plate where the hold-down bolt is.
The powder jumping out of a case if from the plate moving TOO FAST.
Adding a bearing will not fix the problem.
Adjust all the slop out of the hold-down screw so that the plate can still turn freely, but has no extra slop.
Put grease under the head of the hold-down bolt.Randall Rausch

You should probably continue to ignore Dillon Precisions' maintenance instructions then.Randall Rausch

I actually went with a "hit_factor_shooting_supply" kit "Shellplate Bearing Kit and Camming Pin Bearing Dillon XL 650 Hit Factor (650CPB)" with actual bearings on the shell-plate from eBay.

BEST $30 spent on my press.
"Jumping" to next station stopped, more of a mozey now... and shell cam wear slowed, if not stopped... too.
If you are going to get this, measure the length from the press to the tip of the cam-rod, and use the tip of the roller bearing as the end when installing, as another reloader here had issues because they didn't set it at the same depth.
Smooth video, although I didn't change a thing on my ejector, it just sits higher, but should do this:

Spill stops were a huge improvement for me
