The Load all makes nice shells if you get the recipe to fit just right.

The Mec has much more adjustment to compensate for less than perfect fitting loads.

Personally, I gave my load all away to another CG'er. My volume stuff is on Mec progressives and specialty loads on a PW 375.

If you want to step up in the single stage department, I would suggest a Mec Sizemaster.

I have a Lee Load All and a MEC Steelmaster (like the Sizemaster). I think the LLA is good for small lots like buckshot, slugs, and specialty hunting rounds, but if you are doing a large number of clay loads, you are better off buying something else.

If the Lee is doing a good job, don't get the MEC 600. Both use a ring to size the base. If you want to move up, get either a Sizemaster or Steelmaster, or go full semi-auto progressive. The *master series and higher presses use a collet to resize the base of the hull, not a ring.

Its like comparing a Yugo to a Cadillac... they will both get you to the store, but the mec has more options and is a better overall press.
