I just received (with super fast shipping!) 5 boxes of coated bullets from SNS. Each box was 68-70 pounds. Even just moving the boxes from the porch to inside the doorway was killer. yeah, I know he had a cart, but he still had to haul them up the steps! about 350 lbs ...

Yep, I usually don't order more than 4k at a time - two 50lb boxes
I feel sorry for mailman - but heck my wife (<100lb) can move them into garage ;-)

^^^ mine too we always talk shooting,fishing,cars ect.

I've even offered to reload him some 9mm but he declined saying he's got plenty of ammo and doesn't shoot very offen.

sns casting, they make bullets. I used to buy their cast bullets, then they started using HiTek coated bullets which work well for me (124 gn no-lube groove 9mm). If you order 5k bullets, they give you a 5% discount. If you order 10k, you get a 10% discount. I ordered a touch more than 10k in 9mm, 45 and .40 (combined). Always need bullets .... (I have lead, molds and a melting pot but haven't taken that extra step to actually casting a single bullet yet).

Prices are comparable with other bullet makers like Black Bullets, blue bullets, acme, etc, etc. But the bulk discount is pretty decent and I've used them in the past so no reason for me to switch as long as I'm happy with the product!

My mailman would not bring them to the porch. He would (and has) left mail he doesn't feel like carrying on the curb. I complained to the post master general in Washington DC, and got a response from the local PO. Basically they told me to suck it up.
