IF your book shows a load for the 168tmk/smk/amax whatever... your good to go unless a copper solid is being used,in that case reduce your load for the case capacity taken by the bullet.

Okay thanks. Yeah I only have a hornady load book. 43 grains of RL15 has worked great for me. Thanks for the help.

My experience with RL15 had good results comparable to Varget during the winter but during summer, groups held tighter with Varget.

Let me give you a piece of advice.

While it is a good thing to have the load data from the bullet manufacturer or load data for that specific bullet from the powder manufacturer. Good luck with that.
So for future reference in 99% of the cases load data can be swapped for like or even very close grain weight bullets of the same general type.

You could be shooting a 168 grain TMK but you can use data for nearly any other 168 grain bullet so long as it's not a turned solid, or a lead cast. And I wouldn't even sweat using 162 grain data So don't worry about only having one book

My SPS Varmint (26" 1:12") doesn't like the 168 TMK's at all. I did manage to find a node that shoots well in the pressure range I prefer shooting in (figure mid- to moderate pressure range), but it's really narrow. The 168 AMAX's work very well, as do the standard MKs.

              Just my $.02

The TMK is prolly too long For the twist in your rifle.

doubtful but the TMK is not jump tolerant and needs to be loaded closer to the lands in most cases, and that makes it a single round loading rifle and that sucks.

                      I use 41.8 - 42.0 grains of IMR 4064 with good results.

2/10 grain? More like 10 kernels. 4064 is about .02gr/kernel.

Oh, I was thinking it had kernels the size of popcorn.
