Along with offering the reloader the best product of the best, RCBS is also at the top of the list for customer service. Just got off the phone with the customer service dept. Needed a couple of parts for my aged Uniflow. Said he'd get them right out. Asked if he needed a card #, he said it's taken care of. Typical Great Service from a Great Company. Thanks RCBS.

Same experience here.
I broke a handle on my media separator... sent them an email explaining that it was my fault and would like to purchase a new basket. Two days later I got a reply saying they were sending me an entire separator at no cost.
Two thumbs way up. -
My latest "totally my fault" experience with RCBS was calling to buy a replacement hopper for my uniflow because I cleaned it with break cleaner
, and they sent me two replacement hoppers at no charge.

I have always had had good service with RCBS. Hornady is a different matter. I have some older Pacific dies that the stem got bent. They can't replace due to parts no longer being made. I get it. But those Pacific dies have a lifetime warranty. Hornady has told me I need to purchase a new set. Which is fine, just not like RCBS.Comment

+1 for great customer service. I asked about buying a new style knob handle for my trimmer, they sent it right out free of charge.sigpic

I had bought a RCBS case prep center a few years ago. It came with the original Military crimp remover. It sucked, I never use it because it doesn't work well. RCBS redesigned the Military crimp remover to a better design.
A few days ago, I called RCBS customer service and spoke to a customer service rep and told him I bought a case prep center a few years ago and told him about the poor design of the original crimp remover. I asked if I could get the new design.
He told me to go buy it.
Not a big deal, if I want it I'll go buy it, I thought it was worth a try since in the past they have been very generous about this.
Since everyone was doing back flips over their customer service, I thought I'd tell my tale and this was just a few days ago.Comment

Mine didn't work well for me either, so I bought the RCBS press mounted swager, works like a charm. I just bought a lightly used Dillon a few months ago. Onward and upward...

RCBS is okay. not great. it serves the purpose. I had a RCBS bullet puller hammer and it broke. they wont send me a replacement. said i had to send in a part to show them before they will send one out. Well...i aint paying $10 shipping for a $16 item.
if you want good dies, it's redding.Comment

When I moved, I misplaced a simple metal part that mounts the RCBS powder hopper to something. I called to ask how much they cost and where to find it, the guy just asked for my address and mailed it to me!==================

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.

I wish every company cared about its customers as much as RCBS does.
Several years ago, I bought some 45 auto bullets that didn't fit any of the seater plugs in the die set & they'd get damaged during seating. RCBS had me send them one of each bullet & they sent me three custom-made plugs...no charge.
I had the older Rockchucker press with the uncoated handle & it developed rust spots. They sent me a new coated handle with the (less painful) ball grip and a replacement ram assembly...no charge.Comment
