Have you used Lapua before, or was that a one-time purchase?

If you still have that lot, did you contact Lapua about that issue?

No, just to see how close to LC dimensions they are. I hate undersized 308 brass.

it'll work and work just fine. just don't mix bolt gun brass with gas gun brass. I thinks it's over kill but sure when it's the same price as Hornady go for it. I have dedicated batches of brass for each rifle in a given caliber. I don't mix them either.

People that I have taken shooting can't seem to wrap their head around that concept.

It took a while for my nephews to see the difference between
                  my 3 45s . One likes CFE pistol [ used to be HS6 ]
one likes HS6 and the other hp38 all either 155 or 160 pills .
I have tried different things to mark cases but cleaning them
takes off nail polish and magic markers . We fire one at a time and
those cases go into their own plastic box [ so far nail polish on
magazine , inside 45 where mag goes and on plastic ammo box ]
The nephew are starting to I D the cases for 2 308 and one 762
                  and 2 223s .
Has anyone found a way o I D cases other than head stamps ?
We use a lot of range brass
