so i was at walmart yesterday in victorville and i headed straight to the ammo counter and there was 1 federal 223 bulk pack. i wasn't there for that though. i went there looking for the Remington slugger and buckshot packs in 12ga. NO LUCK! all they had was 20ga

You're lucky they had 1, ours has been completely dry and has been like that for 1.5 months at least.
