Yep lot a fud out there by the chicken littles about the sky falling. It will stabilize shortly. People on here still posting and selling ammo ppt like nothing happened.

Big 5 has a federal firearms license (FFL) so they can continue to sell ammo without interruption. They have a license so they are not breaking the law.

That's not right.

FFL is a Federal license.

The new California regs say the dealer must possess a California Ammunition Vendor's License, issued by the CA DOJ.

The holdup is that the requirements for licensing weren't in place before the mandated deadline, so the law can't legally go into effect (they could try, but they'd lose in court if challenged.)
