    RCBS Chargemaster 1500 malfunction

After 11 months of flawless operation, my RCBS Chargemaster 1500 died today. The keypad will no longer function correctly with random numbers displayed with each keystroke. Anyone else have this issue? Time to email RCBS customer service!

I just got mine a few months ago, so no. But hurry up before the 12 month comes up because I think that is when the warranty expires. And please, let us know the out come.

I have had nothing but great luck with RCBS customer service with other issues so I'm sure that they will take care of me.

I have heard of a few people having that same issue, last I heard RCBS knew about the bug and was replacing defective units. Contact them, I have had nothing but great service from them!

Oddly, I let the unit sit unused for 48 hours and it has now started to function properly again. Very weird! I'm still going to exchange it with RCBS when they get back to me next week.
