Case splitting=time to throw away batch?

If shooting all in the same gun just neck size so not to over work the brass as much, it will last longer at least in my experience. If 5 out of hundred have split toss them all for there is no for sure way to sort them out.

That's not a typical neck split and is sign of some other problem.

Depends on the load and quality of the brass. If I get neck splits, I watch out for the primer pockets.

For 223, 24.5 grains of Varget, 77 SMK, and once-fired LC brass (depends if brass was MG-fired) would get me about 6 to 7 reloads before the neck splits or the primer pockets loosen up. I toss the lot after 7 reloads.
