I am in Temecula and work in Rancho Bernardo and run the same press plus a few others. DM me and we will figure something out.

Another great source is Dillon, they have excellent customer service and they don't care if you are a second hand purchaser. I purchased my 650 used, and it was missing a few parts. I am from Phoenix, so I visit there regularly, and on a visit, I stopped by Dillon with a list of missing parts to purchase. The clerk got all of the parts for me, and then declares, these are replacing broken parts, right!, and I said no, they are for missing parts. This went back and forth for about 30 seconds when I realized what he was doing; he was giving me the parts as part of their no BS warranty. That made me a dedicated Dillon customer, and I am glad to spend my money on their products, and highly recommend them.

I also subscribe to their catalog, The Blue Press, and almost every monthly version has a customer writing in to Dillon describing how their customer service is the best and how their customer service helped solve a problem during a phone call.

If the little arm that locates the case at station two is too tight or loose it the case may not align with the primer feed disc and punch. It could also cause the case to be out of line in the power die.

If the primer disc is not locating the primer directly over the priming punch you need to adjust the cam on the frame that actuates the primer advance arm.

Might also just need to be cleaned and lubed.
