Are reloading components banned in 2018?

I understand online purchase of ammo has to ship to ffl since 2018. But:

1. How about reloading? (primer? powder? case? bullet?)
2. If it is the same as ammo ban, does my 03ffl + COE works for reloading components as well?

Well correct but that was a spite move by DaLeon, they passed a bill got it signed into law. they were waiting for everyone to turn in their guns or register them. well we said screw them and came up with the bullet button. That move pissed them off big time. Enough to really try and screw us.

I think the idea is "slippery slope". Components are easy to add now that ammo is controlled. Fortunately, I will have bucket loads of tax savings available to offset the ridiculous ammo prices that are coming.
