Hows the recoil on that 458?

The recoil is pretty stout with a standard ar type stock, similar to a 12ga shotgun shooting buckshot. I put a rocoil pad on it and it really softened it up.

What 458 upper did you go with and where can I get one?

I went with a tromix 16" with the lightweight barrel. You can call Tromix and ask for Tony he had the upper tested and shipped the next morning.

I like the 27.5 lilgun and the 350 grain bullet. Would be neat to see at 100 yards shot off bags.

Hoping to get out to BLM land this week and get some chrono numbers too.
