Midway Zeroed My Power Order

Have you seen this before?

I ordered some Varget and Benchmark from Midway on Monday - they said it shipped on Tuesday.

Late today I get an e-mail with a credit with no explanation from Midway - when I click on the invoice description it goes to a page that is undefined.

But - if I total what I bought regarding powder - it is exactly the powder prices + the hazmat charges.

Man, I am miffed. Thought I had some powder for .223 and apparently now I have none.

I will call Midway customer service to ask wtf happened.

muahahahhahahahah, muahahahahhahha.. I called them and offered them more money for whatever Varget they had in stock. expected delivery date for me is Monday. LOL. muahahhahahahahah.

Ha Chief! I must admit it did cross my mind.

I figure something happened - like when my order went through they were already out, etc.

I'm pretty unhappy since I'm pretty sure they are just shipping me a catalog and a reloading manual - which I wouldv'e canceled had I known that's what they did.

Oh well - I did get an order in with Powder Valley - not Varget but I got some Benchmark and some 380 from them. The way my luck is running I better keep quiet - but I did check the tracking # from Powder Valley and the lbs. of the order looks right. When I checked the UPS tracking # from MidWay it is 3.90 lbs - so no way that has any powder in it - sounds like a catalog and a reloading manual.

I am pretty unhappy with MidWay right now. They send you these e-mails saying how committed they are to shipping stuff on time and all of that - then right before you get their order they send you an e-mail that just says you got a refund for $X and they don't say why or what it was for - it's just a total. This was the first order I placed with them too - I don't think I will ever order powder from them again.

Relax bro, I am very sure that you will give them another chance since they have some decent prices on the stuff when they have it in stock. LOL. maybe they screwed up and sold more than what they had. Hopefully they will make it right for you tomorrow.

gcvt, yeah, Chief is a reloading machine.

Called MidWay - they said there was a goof between what they had on the site vs. what their supplier had - Hodgdon in this case - and they made the shipment without the powder before letting me know. They were very courteous and all - but I still don't have any Varget.

I ordered 8 lbs of Varget from Midway last Feb. 27. They sent me an email saying they got my order and was being processed Feb 28. Yesterday, I got a recorded message saying my credit card was credited back the money they charged me as they don't have any Varget to ship me.

I was stunned! I only have 200 rounds of .223 left! What if the zombies attack? I'm dead meat! LOL!
