Does anyone know the actual length of stillys pins? Debating on buying the 5lb bag that was posted

If they're the same as the 'XL' pins from Bullseye Reloading, then they would be 0.062"x0.495". I'm guessing that they're probably the same thing, but that's only a guess.

Not to Hi-Jack, but this whole Stilly thing is going to cost me a bundle.... I used to cast a lot of pistol bullets (or boolets) but years ago, I gave all my stuff away, as I didn't have time. Now that I've been spending more time over on the cast bullet forums, (mostly to keep up with Stilly), I'm getting the itch to get back into it, now that I'm retired......oh boy

1970s, that's about when I quit casting, Moved sometime in the early '80s, and didn't want to move 7 or 8 hundred pounds of lead, so I gave all my stuff away...

Yes sir to Stilly I too started casting. My thought was to save money. Reality is you just buy more molds. Lol. Then the powder coat and the oven too.

Find the nearest chain link fence and scrape & rake an aluminum baseball bat across the links for a few seconds. Some mean-arse dog or our man in question is surely going to appear shortly during the day or especially at night.

Most of what I saw were a holes on the receiving end.
Especially the one that got him banned. The real a hole was left alone.

Left alone for a short time, he's now banned as well

You can find Stilly over on cast bullets too. I'll miss Stilly's long winded explanations and his use of words. I've met him in person to buy stainless pins and took about an hour and a half of his time going over PCing cast bullets. He didn't need to be a thread cop all time. I guess we will be left wondering if he finally breaks down and buys a Dillion
