Receving ammo via US mail in OC.

I noticed that many of the online retailers will not ship to several counties in California, inlcuding L.A. I was wondering if you can receive ammo via US Mail in Orange County?

I can receive ammo via UPS ground in Orange County. I believe USPS will not transport ammo.

I have no problems purchasing ammo online. It comes UPS ground.
