Made My Own Reloading Light

For my Dillon 650. Took a 20ga shell, LED and battery pack to make this little light. I don't know why I went so long without a light!

If anyone is interested, I can make a write up on how to do this.

I did one with a USB LED:

I have one of these $2.26 28 LED USB powered lights from eBay, and use a cheap Apple clone USB AC adapter with a USB extension, all plugged into a power strip (for the quick switch on/off) on the bench.
WAY better, and brighter than $39+shipping!:

I wrapped it around the case feeder arm to point angled into the cases for visual inspection as my powder alarm was faulty OOTB.

It doubles as a nice source of light on a USB batt. bank when the power goes out too, hell I got 2 of them...

I haven't had the chance to run it at any extended length, but no warmth after 5 minutes. That cracks me up that one can get China stuff from EBay so cheap! But it looks nice and bright!

I ended up paying less than $5 in parts for mine. It's got the on/off switch and I really like it because it's unobtrusive where it sits.

Which press did you get? If you're handy with a soldering iron it's very easy to do.
