What does this mean ? Can I buy bigger magazines ?

No, it means that for right now you don't have to get rid of any >10 round magazines that you already own.

To hear mine you'd think they are all 10's, 10--10--10.

This injunction is only against current legislation Prop 63.

It does not provide umbrella protection for law abiding citizens that already possess legally owned LCMs.

There are still over zealous LEOs who work for agencies that value their political agendas over their oaths. Who have chosen to intentionally misread existing statutes of the PC. IIRC it is pc 18010 that they have subverted to serve their purposes.

They can and will confiscate read [steal] your legally owned private property and destroy it, in furtherance of their agenda.

If you and your legally owned magazines run afoul of one of these type officers. Your only recourse is to file a law suit and take them to court to demand the return of your property.

Something that has never happened due to financial considerations of fighting 'CITY HALL". Nobody wants to spend months in court and cough up tens of thousands of dollars to keep JBTs from stealing and destroying their private property. In the form of magazines.

All it would take is for one on the gun makers to be able to start selling larger capaity had guns / pistols and the others might jump in -ours is bigger / better cheaper .

Manufacturers did just that, starting in the 1970s.

Here in CrapOfornia LCMs were illegal to sell by 2000.

Unless you belonged to a Special Class of citizen, whos Union had shoveled over tons of cash and PR appearances to benefit the Turds in Excremento.

All lesser citizens were relegated to second class status and can't be trusted with LCMs. Because of the on the job risks and superior training of that Special Class. The link below serves to prove just how effective that training is.

And why ONLY the Special Class are allowed to have them.
