750 rounds of 5.45x39 and no rifle thanks to VEPR ban

Hey guys quick question. I was right about to pull the trigger and pick up a vepr AK when the ban hit. I was literally about to pick it up this friday when I got paid, total bummer. Looks like its either going to be out of my price range or impossible to get now.

My problem now is, I bought 750 rounds of Wolf 5.45x39 60 Grain and have no rifle to use it (do ask me why I bought ammo before the rifle lol).
Two part question, is it legal to sell to private party of the proper age still in CA. If so, would be the best way of going about selling it? As far as letting people know its available and what not.

Post a "for sale" thread here in the Ammo & Reloading section and sell the ammo to one of our members. Or...build a bolt-action sporter that will fire it and go have fun!
