    Dillon customer service is the best

    I am just always amazed at how well they treat people.

    This time I sent in a very old manually operated powder dispenser that was leaking powder in for repair. They sent me a new fail safe powder dispenser, N/C in like 3 days.

    I second that. Dillon customer service / tech support helped me through a multi-faceted RL550B machine issue yesterday, and is sending a new part to replace problem part. (The thing that I evidently failed to lube.)

      I triple that!!!

      I'm somewhat new to reloading and the Dillon 650 is my first machine that I bought second hand. I had some older parts and parts that may have been broken by the previous owner or by me during set up or operation. But, each and every time, they asked about the problem and sent out replacement or updated parts without question. They only asked a few questions to make sure I was talking about the right part and what my address was. I even offered to pay since I knew I broke the part and they said not to worry about it!!!

      Sometimes I've called with a technical question and the rep will determine that the problem is because I have an older/outdated part and he sent me the replacement as well as spare parts no charge!

      The last time I broke a piece, they sent a replacement part AND another part just in case! I'm going to end up with a whole new machine pretty soon! LOL!

      So far, I am totally ecstatic with Dillon!

        I also have to commend Dillon on their customer service and standing behind their products. I first purchased a Dillon 550, and it ran flawlessly. I found someone selling a 650 for next to nothing and bought it. The used 650 was missing a few parts, so during my next trip to Scottsdale, AZ, I stopped in at the Dillon store with a list of parts that I needed. As the guy who was assisting me, was ringing up the cash register, he commented that the parts that I was purchasing were to replace broken parts. I corrected him, and said no, they were missing. He then said No, they were broken and gave me a wink of the eye, and I walked out with the parts I needed at no charge. I will always be a loyal Dillon customer. I wish they would expand their business and sell cars. I visit Scottsdale about 2-3 times a year, and I always stop in and buy something at the Dillon's store. Loyalty works both ways.
