Looking for 45 Colt (std pressure) data

    for 200gr Barnes XPB.

I have data for the higher pressure "+p+" (Ruger Bisley, Marlin) using 225 gr Barnes , but I want to make some std pressure rounds for 200gr in my Circuit Judge.

Coming up short on data and lead data doesn't convert very well.

You might call Barnes, as they show only the 30K PSI load for their 225 in their book. Alternatively, Hodgdon has data for the 225 FTX, which has less bearing surface and less friction than the copper bullet. You could work up from minimum in those loads.

Sierra shows an accuracy load for a 240 JHP with 8.7 of Unique, so you could probably work up to that from 8.0 or 8.2
Other than the massive popularity of the 9mm Parabellum round, the metric system never really caught on here...
