Walmart has ammo

Hey guys the Wally World at Stevensons Ranch got in their shipment of ammo yesterday. When I left they were a few thousand rounds lighter. 223 and 308 was on the cart that they brought it out of the back from. 9mil was hidden under a counter.

Wallmart in Orange has lots of .40 SW in stock, as of a little while ago. It looks like they have a few boxes of .45ACP as well.


They only had 2 boxes of 9mm, which I bought up.

Time for a road trip to check out the local WalMarts! Don't really need any ammo, but my credit card needs the exercise.

Not in NorCal - I checked 8 different Wally's around Sac and found ZERO 9mm's - I did find one that had some 223's - didn't NEED them - bought em anyway. Seemed like a good price @ $40/100 (good price by current standards)

In and around Sac, the better Wal-Marts to hit for ammo are the one in Elk Grove off the 99, and then up in Woodland. If I remember right, to one on Greenback in Orangevale had a great selection too.

I was there Friday night and they had next to nothing in handgun caliber. I think they had some .357 Sig but nothing else. Shelves were bare. No .223 or .308 either. Other common rifle/hunting rounds were available though.

I called the City of Industry Walmart and the guy tells me that there is no more ammo being shipped to any walmart in California, Arizona, Nevada... Any truth to this?
