I'm going to start loading .300WM I have a few pounds of IMR 7828 and about 10 pounds of IMR 4831. I'd like to start with some 190 grain SGK's I have. The gun has a 24" 1:10 barrel. Is there any huge advantage of one of these powders over the other?

What is your end result? Pure accuracy and repeatability and to hell with throat erosion?

I have 10 stout rounds of 180 grain Barnes X with RL15 sitting at the shop if you want them. (Lapua brass !)
Me thinks they will take down a mid size triceratops with no issues.
