Using RCBS Uniforum Powder Measure. Issue started today. The powder throw will be off by 0.5-1gr on every other throw, and the discrepancy is consistent. Not sure where the problem is. I am using H110 at the moment.

Did you recently clean it? Disassemble, wipe everything down & make sure everything is dry. Check your powder too to be sure it's not clumping.---------------------

Wipe it with a dryer anti-static sheet.
For pistol charges you should be using the small drum.
Be very constant with the arm movements.
Be sure to have a constant pressure on the powder column. The funnel trick does this well.
You should be able to be within .1gr on all throws with H-110A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

I keep the hopper at least half full all the time I am throwing charges, and use a baffle. I weigh every 10, and stay within .1-.2 consistently. I try to be smooth and consistent with raising and lowering the lever, slightly bumping at the top. If I need to load more precisely than that I go the the Charge Master.sigpic
