22 Magnum Head stamp

I ran across these the other week. Im not really familiar with them but figured out its a 22 Magnum. The head stamp though confuses me. ive never seen this before.
Does anyone know what brand these are? are they any good? if they are i might just pick up more. i dont have anything that takes these rounds but good excuse to get a new firearm

im not familiar with this brand. they must have been around for awhile. the guys has had them for years.
