Is that in the spare parts kit? If so just buy the spare parts for $30. They will save your neck and shipping if you buy each little part you need every time.

if you reload, you will eventually need a part from the spare parts kit, I would keep it.

Dillon has sent me every part that's ever broken on my 650 for the last 25+ years free. Even sent the press back once and they upgraded it to the current spec at the time. I bought a parts kit years ago and have used a few parts out of it and then called Dillon and got a free replacement.

The little you recoup will not be worth your time / gas .
Keep the parts you don't use or replace old parts . Unless you lost the part , the others should be replaced anyway
