    Question on Powder Delivery.

First of all, I taught it was a holiday today but I just got back from the range and my wife told me that UPS dropped off two packages for me. I went and noticed that they are from Winders' (Should be about 32 lbs of varget and about 15k primers for small rifle/large rifle and Large Pistol Primers) anyways, in the past when I have ordered powder/primers from Midway USA etc, I have had to sign for the packages since it is hazmat.

Is this the norm for UPS just to leave the packages that have hazmat outside the front door without requiring a signature? Or do I just have a super cool UPS delivery guy?

it is a holiday today, but not for UPS. My driver just dropped something off and said they don't have another holiday until Memorial Day.

As for the hazmat, I dunno.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

I'll be over in a bit to pick up my 8lb jug of Varget and 1k Fed 210M primers. Thanks for taking delivery.

I've had UPS leave over 50 lbs of gunpowder on my front porch before with no one home.

I've gotten 160lbs of powder and primers left without a signature.
My UPS driver knows me though.
