powder measure on old tilted press

I have the opportunity to mount to a Hornady micrometer powder measure on a older Lyman Spar-T press (cheap price if I buy it). I would use this for low volume but near max loads for my 45 (long) Colt and 10 MM reloads. The measure is spot on when on a stand.
Would the tilt of the old press effect the accuracy of the powder measure, seeing that is has a 9-10 degree angle off vertical angle?

many older presses like Herter's, Pacific, Lyman Spartan, C-H "C" style open front presses have this same tilt backward to the ram and threaded die hole.

Is the powder measure the drum style? If so the powder doesn't feed into the top of the drum straight down, it flows in at an angle. If your tilt was feeding more down I don't see it causing and issue but if it puts your feed higher(making the micrometer more flat than vertical) then yes I see it affecting the feed depending on what angle it ends up at. Being a single stage you should just be able to turn the powder measure around.
