    Mosin Slugging

Just something I'm curious about. I've heard frequently about how Mosins have varying bore diameters and after slugging my 3 rifles I came out with .311, .314, and .316.

3 Rifles with 3 different bores, what have other people come up with on their slugs?

Does it really matter what other people have gotten? You slug your barrel to see what diameter pill you need to push down the pipe. If for curiosity sake then I understand your question.

They vary all over the place....be certain the lead sinkers you use (if that's what you are using) and 100% lead...almost impossible to find..many today are zinc and that's no bueno.
God and the Constitution give me my rights and actions...any other input is just blabbering.

Many weapons like the Lee Enfields made during the war have the same problem. When you are cranking out weapons as fast as possible it happens.
