One of the ranges close to me [ I don't go there - haven't for years ] does not allow FMJ only hollow points and lead . 4 of my nephews went there . They grabbed my range bag [ I am only one with a spotting scope ]
They were out of hollow points at range , but ball ammo was OK in pistols .

I forgot to mention what everyone already knows is that lead is already banned for hunting in CA. This EO would have it nationally on the same timeframe.

They talk about 'Service land' [https://www.fws.gov/policy/do219.html]. What is that? It doesn't sound like a blanket ban and would sunset in 2018 unless the new Administration takes it up.

Its banned when my supplies run out. Until then I will target shoot it.
