Is this bullet any good?

It is a .223 62 GR. no cannelure lead core made by Prvi Partizan, I am new to reloading and have 1,000 of them. I have shot alot of M855 and like the 62GR. So would this be a good bullet to use?

Yes, Prvi's good stuff. Why wouldn't it be?
The lack of a cannelure might be an issue if your used brass has a neck tension problem. Just be carefuly that you do not use very much crimp at all. Just enough to prevent bullet setback when feeding. Any tighter on a non-cannelure bullet and you could wind up spiking the pressures a good deal. Combine that with a max charge and you could have real trouble.
