Guys.
I saw these at walmart . At first i thought they were FMJ looking at th eprice but the clerk told me that these are for personal protection.
Does anyone have any experience with these rounds?

I was initially looking at Speer Gold Dot 20 plus for a box of 20.00

I just loaded up some 165gr Speer GDHPs with 6.8gr of Power Pistol. Shot about 20 rounds yesterday. They blow holes in paper nicely

I have a box of these, They loaded in my H&K just fine. I would trust them to get the job done. I have a few more premium brands mostly for hits and giggles, but the WWB will work if you're on a budget. Most of what you're looking for in a SD/HD round is for it not to over penetrate; everything else is just gravy.

They'll work. As long as they feed without issues, they'll do. They may not be as consistent performers in ballistic gelatin as some of the other brands, but they should perform adequately. I certainly wouldn't want to get shot with WWB ammo...

Ball kills, the stuff you are talking about will work. If it's cheap and it runs in your gun then you are gtg.
