    gun range Bay area

    Anyone know anything about a range by coyote point / park by Dumbarten bridge - Fremont side ?
    I also heard about one in the Livermore hills .
    Are they both private clubs /

    Last time I was at coyote point it was limited to a few days a week and only for a few hours at night. They do not allow any pistols, just 22 rifles and high powered rifles.

        The Range is operated for public use by members of the Coyote Point Rifle and Pistol Club, Inc., who are Range Safety Officers. The range allows only .22 caliber rimfire pistols and any caliber rifles (except 50 BMG). Black Powder firearms are NOT permitted. It is open to the general public EVENINGS ONLY between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

        RANGE FEES:
        CASH ONLY - No Credit Cards or Checks

        Adults $10
        Juniors (under 17) $6
        Chamber Flags $2
        Shooting Glasses $2
        Ear Plugs $1
        Extra Targets $0.50
        Target Centers $0.25
