For that amount of Primers, I would just g head and order it yourself. You will only pay like 20 bucks hazmat fees. Plus some places will let you combine the powder and the primers as one hazmat fee. I have never participated on a group buy because the amount of stuff that I buy does not justify the savings of a few bucks.

Not to mention it would be kinda difficult to organize a GB with the constant flux of stores' stocks.
