    .308 Scenar Silver Jacket?

I was trying to get a good idea of how these differ from the regular Scenar other than some proprietary coating process. What's the difference? I'm thinking it's a moly coating or something. They have the same BC as other Lapua bullets.

Silver is moly coated, stick to the naked Scenars. No need to go moly unless you really need to shoot more rounds between cleaning.

Yep, its moly. You can use them if you want to bump up powder charges a bit and get a little more velocity.
