I got these today but came with 10rds each. Anyone know what type of bullet is this. Was told it's a Frangibles rds rds are 7.62x39, 7.62x51(308),and 7.62x63(30-06)

Yes, those bullets are Frangible bullets made during WWII. The bullets are made out of bakelite. You can look up M-22 frangible ammunition for their history.

Green by itself is armour piercing from the UK.
Green with white or green with tan is frangible.

So is this legal in ca. Got it from a guy at the gun show, he had this in 300blkout, too

^^^^^^^^ Yes ^^^^^^^^^^. Just realize these bullets are a hard plastic type material and DO NOT preform like a regular bullet. They shatter into pieces when striking a hard object.

Interesting. I guess if you're shooting a plastic bullet, the fact that it's .003 smaller than most 7.62x39 might not be a problem due to short range.
